Clinical presentation:
No detail.

The soft tissue outline of the hands is deformed by the presence of multiple soft tissue tumours with multiple calcifications and phleboliths. There is a deformity of the metacarpal of the ring finger and the heads of the 3rd to 5th metacarpals are splayed. The strength of the deep transverse palmar ligament implies a long standing and presumably congenital abnormality. There were haemangiomas on the skin and these may also be found in the bowel.
