Clinical presentation:
Man of 20 years with pain in his left side.
There is a purely lytic area in the left ilium with a fairly narrow zone of transition between normal and abnormal bone.

Metastasis from breast.
Plasmacytoma

chondrosarcoma
Osteosarcoma
Haemangioma
Brown tumours of Hyperparathyroidism
Fibrous dysplasia
Pseudotumour of Haemophilia.
