Clinical presentation:
Middle-aged woman with previous carcinoma of right breast, treated with radiotherapy.

There is a lack of soft-tissue density in the right upper zone. The lung markins are decreased, but more than from photographic factors. There is a reduction in vessel count and the right upper lobe vessels seem lost in a band that widens the superior mediastinum. There is a fracture of right clavicle and right first rib. The bone ends appear sclerotic.
