Clinical presentation:
59 year old woman with 'indigestion'. Lived in Egypt as a child.

There is a coarse convoluted line of amorphous calcification that is projected over the liver in A-P and ioblique views. The contrast in the gall-bladder is from an oral cholecystogram.
